2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door now has her front suspension and axle completely removed we also cut all the old suspension mounting points out and are getting ready to start putting in the new front suspension.
2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door the majority of the new long arm suspension lift is now in and Charles Martindale AKA Chuckles is ready to install the drive shafts and then start on the exhaust system and fix a couple of leaks in the front axle.

New Par2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door we have fixed the problem with the exhaust system fitting with the new suspension and brackets but have run into a new problem with the brake hoses going in between the coil springs when you turn the wheel hard to one side or the other we also ran into a problem with the wheel speed sensor wires not being long enough at full droop on the suspension. We are going to extend the brake hoses and reroute them and we are also going to go into the harness and see if we can move the plug for the speed sensors to give us enough room to go to full droop without pulling out the wiring. Wish us luck.

We have fixed the problem with the brake hoses now we're just waiting for the new heavier-duty springs to come in. With the heavy steel bumpers, steel fenders, rock sliders and full size spare the truck is a lot heavier than a stock Jeep and needs the stronger springs. Don't forget to subscribe to us on YouTube.

Hey bones drove the Jeep to Staten Island this morning and wow I could go on forever on how much better it drives but you already know because you did everything lol, I honestly could not be more happy with it! I absolutely love it now I can take a sharp turn at a normal speed without having to worry about flipping over and having my traction control lights going off lol. Honestly it feels so good I have been purposely trying to hit bumps and shit just to see how smoothly it takes them now. Haven't had a single issue whatsoever. I just passed my inspection, haven't had an issue with her starting up and I've been driving it daily and it's driving SOOO nice puts a smile on my face every time ...lol... This morning driving from my buddies my girlfriend put her stamp of approval on it too she said she's so happy how it drives now and honestly that's what makes me happy the fact that she loves driving it it just as much as I do now. 2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door had a small electrical fire behind the grill that was installed and wired by another shop. Now the owner wants Bonez Garage to rewire all of the accessories and lights that they installed. He could of lost his Jeep bit his quick thinking and actions saved her. Check out the video. REMEMBER - CHEAP WORK ISN'T ALWAYS GOOD AND GOOD WORK ISN'T ALWAYS CHEAP. Fuses are good but only when they are installed!!!
2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door we are starting to install the new switch box for all of his lights and removing all of the bad wiring.
2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door we are changing out the upper and lower ball joints, the axle U joints and the wheel hubs. He has put about 4000 miles since we finished the lift on her and started to notice a clunking in the front end so he brought her in and we found that the upper right ball joint was just starting to go bad so while we had her apart he said to replace everything. We also show how we press out the U joint from the front axle.
2010 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door is all wired up and the new wheel hubs and ball joints are in. The new switch box for all of her trail lights is in, it works perfectly, cleaned up all of the wiring and each light has it's own fuse and switch.
